Research Help
Information (Reference/Research) Service is available at the Mathematical Sciences Library between 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. Researchers requiring assistance at other times may obtain assistance from the Gerstein Science Information Centre.
- Assistance locating information in the library's print collections
- Assistance locating information using online catalogues and databases
- Training and consultation in the use of Mathematics and other electronic indexes
- Verification of citations
- Assistance obtaining interlibrary loans
- Library orientation
Consultations
Assistance with research strategies and/or recommendations as to which sources to consult for a particular research topic, can also be arranged through an appointment with a librarian. This service is available between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. Priority is given to students, staff, and faculty of the University of Toronto.
